What’s Wrong with Leadership? Improving Leadership Research and Practice

Are we indeed using best practices in the study, practice and development of leadership? This edited collection seeks to draw attention to the limitations of extant work on leadership and to provide suggestions for a way forward. Chapters range from research methodology to the role of gender and culture in leadership studies, and the current limitations for practice.
