ILA’s 6th Doctoral Consortium is an interactive virtual forum that brings together doctoral students at any stage of their program to connect and learn from established scholars, dissertation chairs and practitioners in the field, and create a community of future leaders.
At this Consortium, you’ll:
- Connect and network with other doctoral students working on a leadership focused dissertation for support, ideas, common interests, and community.
- Meet with scholars and practitioners who are advising doctoral students and publishing their own scholarship in leadership outlets.
- Receive feedback on your research agendas, dissertation goals, and methods of inquiry. Sessions throughout the online consortium will include discussions with faculty on tips for successful doctoral students, goal setting, and digging into the dissertation process. You will cover voice, methods, and the importance of finding your voice in the research.
- Advance your careers by learning from one another and from established scholars and practitioners in the field.
Understanding that the study of leadership is multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary, students studying leadership from any discipline will find value in this uniquely designed program!
