Journal of Management Scientific Reports (JOMSR) will be publishing a Special Issue on Leadership Science. The overall objective of this special issue is to refine existing theories and foster a more unified understanding of leadership science, broadly defined, through empirical tests of existing leadership theories. Specifically, we call for the evaluation of competing theories, empirical investigation of the foundational assumptions of existing theories, examination of previously published yet untested theories or theoretical models within the leadership domain, and constructive replications of published leadership research.
The special issue editors are Robyn Brouer, William Gardner, Janaki Gooty, and Chad Chui. Papers can be submitted between October 1-31, 2024. Please see the attached Call for Papers below for further details on this exciting special issue.
