Assistant Professor/Full Professor in Leadership/Organisational Behaviour job openings at Durham University

The Department of Management and Marketing at Durham University Business School seeks to appoint two talented individuals to the roles of Assistant Professor and Professor of Leadership/Organisational Behaviour, respectively. 

 The post holders will have the option to work as part of the International Centre for Leadership and Followership (https://www.dur.ac.uk/business/research/management/leadership-and-followership/), an international team of researchers who pursue the goal to advance and push the boundaries of current leadership research, particularly focusing on issues of leadership identity and measurement. We welcome applications from those with research and teaching interests in the broad field of leadership, including but not limited to the following areas:

  • Leadership identity and identification;
  • Leadership measurement;
  • Authentic leadership;
  • Leader-member exchanges (LMX);
  • Leadership and creativity;
  • Leader narcissism and the dark triad;
  • Trust in leadership; and
  • Self-regulatory theories applied to leadership.
