The Network of Leadership Scholars’ second annual conference is taking shape, and the conference is designed to engage academics and practitioners in addressing leadership challenges of great importance for business and society.
We have 80 scholars and practitioners attending the conference including the panelists and session presenters. Profiles of the participants who sent theirs are presented below. To avoid web-bots trolling for email addresses, we haven’t provided the email address of any of the participants below. At the conference, we will distribute the list of attendees including their organizational affiliation and contact email address.

Our conference will be held in the downtown campus of UT-San Antonio (Buena Vista Building). Here is some (useful) information on getting to the conference site from AOM conference hotels and enjoying what the city has to offer, if and when you have the time.
As you know, each session at the conference will utilize the design thinking framework to facilitate conversations to address the challenge(s) presented by the particular organization. We have put together a collection of readings and videos on design thinking to help prepare for the conference. We will be using the methodology followed in the Design Thinker simulation, which was developed by ExperiencePoint (a simulation company) in collaboration with IDEO, a globally renowned design firm. Our session facilitator, Drew Marshall, suggests that conference participants review the following materials prior to the conference to ensure that all of us get the most out of each session, and that we collectively meet the conference and session objectives.
